Montreal, April 17th, 2012- Ergonet, a firm specializing in planning and creating integrated Web environments, is pleased to announce its first collaboration with the Réseau FADOQ within the scope of its Qualité Logi-être Program.
Unique in its kind, this program set up by the Réseau FADOQ will allow them to assess the satisfaction level of seniors living in private retirement homes throughout Quebec by measuring their appreciation of the human and physical aspects of the facilities. By doing this, the FADOQ aims to rate retirement homes to not only guide future residents in selecting a facility in an informed manner, but also that those already in homes can enjoy a better quality of life.
Ergonet's contribution to the initiative lies in the development of a platform that will ensure optimum management of the interactive database, which will be fed with information from the assessment forms filled out by seniors during visits to retirement homes. Specifically, the program will allow coordinators on the road to collect answers to assessment questions, weighted according to different criteria, and to make the entry into the database.
It will also be possible to produce assessment and statistic reports based on questionnaire results using custom filters. These reports will serve to create data profiles for each retirement home and will be collected into an electronic and a paper directory which will be available for reference by anyone seeking a retirement home.
"Ergonet is proud to serve as the technological foundation for one of the largest associations in Quebec through this unique project, which boasts a scalable, modern management approach," comments Ergonet President, Pierre Campeau.
