Montreal, April 17th, 2008 - Ergonet, specializing in the creation of Web solutions, systems, sites, and portals since 1995, consolidates its business relationship with Atlantic Promotions Inc.
Within the framework of its Internet strategy developed with Ergonet, Atlantic Promotions Inc. has recently adopted an integrated online transactional system.
The first phase of the collaboration saw a complete overhaul of the portal. One of the strategic aspects surrounding this initiative was the installation of the internationally-recognized site content management system, Sitecore. It was quickly embraced by the internal resources due to its unique user-friendly nature which allows an efficient and well-targeted management of product information distribution activities. A product catalogue was also implemented.
The natural follow-up was to capitalize on the potential of the Sitecore solution by transplanting well-organized transactional capacities.
In the second phase, which has just come to an end, Ergonet set up a transactional module. As a result, the Internet surfer now has the option of purchasing items from the entire range of products offered by Atlantic Promotions Inc. online.
